Feladatok

- Answering inquiries for additional technical information of the customers - Processing of open technical support tickets in Diehl and if necessary, customer systems - Contacting other external suppliers about specific packages - Creation of maintenance and maintainability analyses - Processing and control of work packages within the technical documentation - Daily contact with the German and Hungarian support teams - Collaboration with other teams to solve technical issues more effectively

Munkakör feltételei

- Technical studies or experience in a similar field - Fluent English knowledge - Confident usage of MS Office programs
